Here at KissTies, your purchase is backed by our hope that you will buy from us again. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your puchase from us, we allow returns with full refund less shipping costs if you meet the return requirements. The return request must be made 14 days from delivery. Please see below written requirements to have full refund.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will facilitate refunds in the form of the original payment.


You can apply for a return/refund with the following reasons:

* I did not receive the product(s)

ex: missing item, parcel lost in transit

*I received incomplete product(s)

ex: incomplete number of items

*I received the wrong item

ex: wrong size, different product, wrong color

*I received damaged and defective items

 ex: the box or the product itself is damage (stained, dented, distorted)


Note:

1.Incorrect Color

In refunding for an incorrect color, we only accept a refund if the items sent are of different colors, e.g you ordered black but blue was sent. Please note that colors may be slightly different from the pictures due to different settings of devices. If the products sent were the actual colors and are correct, no refund shall be made.


2.Damaged & Defective Items

If your box and products arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service team right away so that we can expedite your return. Please include a digital image of the damage or defect along with a description of the problem to resolve the issue expeditiously. Prompt action in the form of replacement, refund, or account credit can be taken as soon as the issue has been verified.


3.Processing Your Return

Please provide the following information in processing your return.

  • Your name
  • The order number
  • Email address provided at checkout

  • 4.Return Confirmation

    You will receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return. This includes time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed. The store credit code will be sent to your email provided to us at checkout.
